Ronnie Yap

I'm Ronnie. I've spent around 15 years in project management and operations, helping companies build the systems their project teams run on — across project management, ERP, logistics, inventory, procurement, and safety and permit. Along the way I kept noticing companies paying too much for systems that turned out rigid and hard to use, so the people on the ground quietly avoided them — tools meant to help were only adding to their work. So I went independent, and now build these systems as a freelancer: simple, affordable, and shaped around how the people doing the real work actually work.
